Quest "Abducted". You need to talk to Oscar, then to Ivan and finally to Gregor. I'm stuck in this quest because everyone is at the party after the arena tournament and if I speak to Ivan he doesn't have any dialogue option. Hope the party will end sooner or later or if I progress on the main quest otherwise I can't save the girl.
